Spicy lingonberry chutney

1/2 litre lingonberries, fresh and cleaned or frozen
3/4 dl raisins
1 onion, diced
1/2 red chilli, deseeded, diced
1-3 garlic cloves
1 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar
1 1/2 dl white wine vinegar
1 tsp Colman’s mustard powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and boil until the mixture is a pulp (about 15 minutes). Serve with beef or game.
