Ingredients
3 eggs
2 dl Dansukker Cane Sugar
2 dl plain flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp boiling water
Filling
100-150 g jam, purée or marmalade
Instructions
Beat the eggs and cane sugar until white and fluffy. Mix the flour and baking powder together, and fold into the mixture along with the water. Bake in the centre of the oven at 250 °C for about 5 minutes. Turn out onto sugared paper. Spread on the jam and roll up. Refrigerate the roulade.
