Ingredients

1 litre rhubarb, chopped
3 onions, diced
2 1/2 dl white wine vinegar
200 g Dansukker Light Muscovado Sugar
240 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar
500 g tomato passata
15 g salt
3 g ground cinnamon
5 g ground ginger


Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for about an hour or until thickened. Allow to cool. Pour into a jar or bottle. Store in the refrigerator. Good served with grilled food.
