100 ml water
12 hard liquorice-flavoured sweets
250 g raspberries
300 g Dansukker Jam Sugar
Simmer the liquorice sweets with the water in a saucepan until completely dissolved. Add the raspberries and jam sugar and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and skim off any scum. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Seal. Store in a cool place.
