Potato salad with curry

Ingredients

1 kg boiled potatoes
2 red apples
1 red onion
3 spring onions

Sauce
150 ml mayonnaise
150 ml Turkish yoghurt
1 tbsp Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar
100 ml pickled cucumber relish
6 g curry powder
Salt, pepper (optional)

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Wash the apples thoroughly, core them, cut into wedges, then cut the wedges into pieces. Stir the chopped apple into the sauce. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Stir the potatoes into the sauce. Peel and dice the red onion and gently stir it into the salad. Wash the spring onions and slice thinly. Taste and add more salt and pepper if necessary. Refrigerate until serving.
