Ingredients

½ red pepper
½ yellow pepper
½ green pepper
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp Dansukker Light Syrup
3 tbsp apple vinegar
Salt and pepper

Cut the peppers into 1 x 1 cm cubes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the peppers. Pour over the syrup and add the apple vinegar, salt and pepper. Do not let the peppers become soft; they should be crunchy. Cool the mixture before serving.

Tip
The pickled peppers can also be made with raw, unsautéed peppers so that they are really crispy.
