1 small onion
2-4 pears, depending on their size
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
3-4 sprigs fresh thyme
2 tbsp Dansukker SteviaSugar
Pinch of salt
2 pinches coarsely ground black pepper

Peel, halve and slice the onion. Peel, core and chop the pears. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the remaining ingredients. Sauté until the pairs are soft. Remove the thyme sprigs. Add fresh chopped thyme just before serving. Serve with pork. The pears can be replaced with apples.
