1. Heat the oven to 200°C. Grease a muffin tray with spaces for 12 muffins or place 12 moulds on a baking tray.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, muesli and cane sugar in a bowl. Stir in the raisins, then add the eggs, milk and margarine. Mix together well.
3. Distribute the dough into the tins. Pour the muesli on top. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 20 minutes. Prick the cakes with a baking pin to see whether they are fully baked in the middle. Allow to stand on the tray for 5 minutes before cooling on a grate.
