Ingredients

100 g low-fat margarine
2 eggs
2 1/2 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar
14 dl plain flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
Pinch of salt

Frosting
50 g low-fat margarine
2 tbsp Dansukker SteviaSugar
1 1/2 tbsp plain flour
1 dl skimmed milk
1 dl Milda Mat Extra 4%

Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Whisk the eggs until fluffy. Mix in all the remaining ingredients. Spoon the batter into cake cases. Do not fill them more than 3/4 full. Bake at the centre of the oven at 200 °C for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Melt the margarine for the frosting in a saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients and boil until the mixture thickens. Spread the frosting on the cakes. Allow to cool. Store the cakes in the freezer and take them out 10 minutes before serving. You can also make one large cake. In that case, bake at 175 ˚C for about 30 minutes. Serve with a spoonful of low-fat crème fraîche and some fresh berries to make a delicious gateau.
