Ingredients

5 dl natural low-fat yoghurt
3 dl skimmed milk
3 dl ice-cold water
500 g berries, e.g. blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
1 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar

Liquidise all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Strain through a sieve and pour into four glasses. Enjoy.
