3-4 kiwis
1 lime
2 egg whites
4 tbsp Dansukker SteviaSugar

Peel the kiwis. Liquidise them or put them through a sieve. Squeeze the lime and mix the juice with the puréed kiwis. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the steviasugar and whisk again. Fold the kiwi purée into the egg whites. Churn the sorbet in an ice cream machine or put in the freezer for at least 5 hours. Stir a few times during freezing.
