Ingredients

1 litre of berries
3/4 dl water
3/4 dl juice
2 tsp powdered pectin
5 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar

Put the berries and water in a saucepan and simmer on a low heat, stirring constantly. Mix the powdered pectin with the juice, stir it into the berries and boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the SteviaSugar. Pour into warm, sterilised jars.
Seal.
