3 dl red wine
1 dl Dansukker Glucose Syrup
1/2 dl Dansukker Brown Sugar

Serve with
Vanilla ice-cream
Fresh strawberries 

Mix the wine, glucose syrup and brown sugar together in a saucepan. Boil for 5-10 minutes until a thick sauce. Slice the strawberries and arrange on four plates. Pour the sauce over the strawberries and add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
