4 egg yolks
1 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar
2 dl low-fat crème fraîche
1/2 dl Dansukker Glucose Syrup

1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar or
1-2 tsp ground cinnamon or
3 tbsp cocoa powder and finely chopped nuts or
2-3 dl mashed berries or
2 dl finely chopped chocolate or
1/2-1 dl juice concentrate

Beat the egg yolks with the steviasugar. Add the crème fraîche, glucose syrup and your chosen flavouring. Strain through a fine-meshed sieve. Process the mixture in an ice cream machine or leave it in the freezer for at least 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
