1 1/2 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar
1 1/2 dl white wine vinegar
1 dl water
1/2 tsp salt
1 Solo garlic, grated or finely chopped
1/2 red pepper, very finely diced
1 red chilli, very finely diced
1 tsp potato starch

Put all the ingredients except the potato starch in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the potato starch with a little water and add to the warm mixture. Check the seasonings and adjust if necessary.
Good with chicken, fish and shellfish. Can also be used as a marinade.
