½ cup water
1 cup redcurrants
½ cup blackcurrants
4 big apples
¼ cup raisins
2 leaves fresh mint
100 g Dansukker Jam Sugar
¼ tsp. Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

Peel apples, cut into slices, put in a saucepan, add water and boil for about 15 minutes. Add currants and raisins and continue to boil for another 10 minutes. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and chopped mint leaves and boil another 3 minutes. Pour into warm, sterilised jars, seal and store in a cool place.

Use as a side dish with meat dishes, black puddings, pancakes, tarts.
