500 ml natural low-fat yoghurt
300 ml low fat milk
300 ml ice-cold water
500 g strawberries
100 ml Dansukker Light Syrup

Mix yoghurt, milk, water, strawberries and syrup in a blender, then blend until the mixture is smooth. Pour through a sieve and serve immediately. The strawberries can be replaced with other berries or fruits.
