3 egg yolks
1 1/2 Dansukker SteviaSugar
3/4 dl potato starch
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
3 egg whites

100 g Philadelphia cream cheese light
1 dl fromage frais
1 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder

Beat together the egg yolks and SteviaSugar. Mix the potato starch, cocoa and baking powder and fold them into the egg yolk mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the centre of the oven at 250 °C for about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with a little SteviaSugar. Allow to cool. Turn the cake out onto a sheet of greaseproof paper.

Mix the filling ingredients together and spread over the cake. Roll it up. Store in the refrigerator.
