40 g Dansukker Cane Sugar Granulated
12 g powdered paprika
4 g dried thyme
2.5 g dried basil
20 g salt
5 g ground cumin
12 g curry powder
4 g garlic powder

Mix the ingredients together. Brush the meat, e.g. chicken pieces, with a little oil or liquid margarine. Massage the rub into the meat and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
