Ingredients
250 g pickled herring fillets
200 ml 38% crème fraîche
1 apple, peeled and chopped
100 ml parsley, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, grated
2 tbsp Dansukker Glucose Syrup
1-2 tbsp green curry paste
1 ml salt
Instructions
Cut the herring into pieces. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add the herring pieces. Keep in the fridge for 24 hours to allow flavour to develop before eating the herring.
