250 g apples
125 g carrots
125 g tomatoes
125 g onions
1 tbsp curry powder
1/2 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar
3 tbsp spirit vinegar 12%
2 1/2 dl water

Peel and finely dice the apples and vegetables. Combine all the ingredients in a pan, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. Pour into warm, sterilised jars and seal. Store in the refrigerator. Keeps for several months in the refrigerator.
