Cucumber salad with chili

1 cucumber, peeled, halved, deseeded and sliced
10 cm piece of leek in thin strips
1/2-1 red chilli, thinly shredded
1/2 dl parsley, chopped
1 tbsp basil, chopped
1/4 dl white wine vinegar
2 tbsp Dansukker SteviaSugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to bring out the flavours. Serve with roast or grilled meat or fish.
