Ingredients
500 ml rocket salad
2 solid pears
100 g grapes
150 g hazelnuts, roasted and coarsely chopped
200 g brie, cut into pieces
Dressing
2 tbsp neutral oil
2 tbsp Dansukker Light Syrup
2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 g saffron
1 ml coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions
Wash the rocket and leave it on paper to drain. Place in a bowl. Peel the pears, cut them into slices or pieces and quickly dip them in boiling water. Rinse with cold water and place on kitchen paper. Rinse the grapes, half them and remove the seeds. Add the pear pieces, grapes and cheese to the salad. Scatter chopped nuts over the top. Mix together the ingredients for the dressing and pour it over the salad when serving.
