Ingredients

500 ml flour
1 tsp baking powder
300 ml Dansukker Icing Sugar
200 g butter or margarine
1 egg

Decoration
200 ml Dansukker Icing Sugar
2-3 tsp water
200 ml Dansukker Icing Sugar with strawberry flavour
2-3 tsp water
1/2 dl Dansukker Icing Sugar with chocolate flavour
A few drops of water

Instructions

Mix flour, baking powder, icing sugar, butter or margarine and egg into a dough, for example in a food processor. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour.

Set the oven temperature at 200°C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut out round or drop-shaped cakes. Place the cakes on a baking tray that is greased or covered with greaseproof paper and bake in the centre of the oven for about 7 minutes.

Let the cakes cool off on a rack. Mix the different icing sugar variants with water and decorate the cakes as small Christmas elves.
