Home-made chocolate powder feels like a real treat as a present, or to keep in your store-cupboard. Use your bag of chocolate powder to keep your loved ones supplied with cups of comforting hot chocolate.

Ingredients

2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp Dansukker Light Muscovado Sugar
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

Instructions

Mix the cocoa and both types of sugar in a bowl and stir. Pour the chocolate powder into a gift bag.

Hot chocolate preparation:
1 bag of chocolate powder
400 ml milk
200 ml cream

Heat milk and cream. Stir in the chocolate powder and whisk.
