100 ml whipping cream
2 tbsp margarine
75 ml Dansukker dark Muscovado sugar
175 g dark chocolate, 70% cocoa solids
1/2 tsp red chilli
Red chilli for topping

Break or chop the chocolate into pieces. Bring margarine, cream, sugar and chilli to the boil. Add the chocolate pieces and stir until the mixture is smooth.

Allow to cool. Pour the truffles into a piping bag and spray out into shapes or small cones. Decorate with a bit of chilli. Store the chilli truffles in a cool place.
