1 ripe mango or 300 g frozen mango
1/2 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar
5 dl mango juice
2 dl berries, e.g. blueberries or raspberries
Peel and stone the mango. Liquidise the flesh and mix it with the steviasugar and juice. Refrigerate until very cold. Put ice cubes in individual serving bowls and divide the mango soup between them. Decorate with berries and fresh mint.
