Ingredients

Green pine cones
Dansukker Light Syrup
200 g cottage cheese
200 g soft goat cheese
1 tsp Dansukker Icing Sugar
Bilberries
Stems of grass

 

Instructions

Pour the syrup over pine cones until coated. Simmer for about an hour. Then leave for 24 hours to draw. Strain and use the liquid as a sweet sauce.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, then add the goat cheese and Icing Sugar. Mix until the mixture is homogenous. Roll into balls.

String billberies on stems, arrange on plates together with cheese balls. Pour with the sweet sauce. Decorate with flowers.
