Bulgur salad with prawns

Ingredients

2 dl coarse bulgur
4 dl water
1 vegetable stock cube
300-400 g peeled prawns
300 g green asparagus
1 dl leek, finely shredded
1/2 dl dill, chopped
1/4 dl red chilli, finely chopped

Dressing
1 tbsp oil
2-3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp water
2-3 tsp Dansukker SteviaSugar
2 pinches of salt
1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
2 tsp Italian salad seasoning

Boil the bulgur according to the package instructions. Allow to cool. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad. Stir.
