3 egg whites
2 1/2 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar
200 g desiccated coconut
1 1/4 dl plain flour
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
150 g low-fat margarine, melted
2-3 dl berries, e.g. raspberries

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. Beat the egg whites with an electric whisk in a bowl until stiff. Add all remaining ingredients except the berries and mix well. Divide the batter between 12 muffin cases. Press a couple of berries into each muffin. Bake in the centre of the oven at 190 °C for about 20 minutes.
