Banana lassi

Ingredients

1 litre natural yoghurt
2 bananas
50 ml orange juice concentrate
20 g Dansukker Icing Sugar
Ice

Peel the bananas. Put the bananas, juice concentrate, icing sugar, ice and half the yoghurt in a blender and liquidise until smooth. Add the remaining yoghurt. Dilute with cold water if the lassi is too thick. Pour into big glasses and serve immediately.
