Ingredients

50 g marshmallow bananas
200 ml Dansukker Sugar
100 ml whipping cream
50 g butter
150 g white chocolate

Instructions

Cut the marshmallow bananas into very small pieces, combine them with butter, sugar and cream in a saucepan. Warm on low heat until it is all melted. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes stirring all the time.

Stir in the chocolate and stir until the mixture is shiny. Take the saucepan from the heat and stir until the mixture is cooler and paler. Pour the mixture into a greased dish, 20 x 30 cm (8 x 12"). Leave the mixture to set and cut the banana fudge into pieces.
