Ingredients

1 l redcurrants
300 g Dansukker Granulated sugar
4 large bananas
 

Clean and wash redcurrants. Peel and mash bananas. Put everything in a saucepan and boil for approx. 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into warm, sterilised jars. Store in a cool place.
