Ingredients
1 kg bananas
1 kg gooseberries
1 kg Dansukker Jam Sugar
200 ml water
Instructions
Clean and wash gooseberries. Pour water into saucepan, add gooseberries, bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Peal bananas, cut into slices, add to gooseberries and simmer for another 20 minutes more. Add Jam sugar and simmer for 10-15 minutes more, stirring from time to time. Pour into warm, sterilised jars, seal and store in a cool place.
