Baked garlic mushrooms

Ingredients

20 large mushrooms
2 tbsp parsley
1 shallot
1 garlic clove
50 ml double cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar
1 pinch pepper
50 ml grated cheese

Instructions

Remove the mushroom caps and arrange them in a greased ovenproof dish. Finely chop the mushroom stalks with the parsley and onions. Grate or chop the garlic. Mix the chopped ingredients with the cream, cheese, salt, pepper and muscovado sugar.

Spoon the mixture onto the mushroom tops. Bake at the centre of the oven at 225°C for 10-12 minutes. Serve with bread.
