100 g low-fat margarine
2 dl porridge oats
3/4 dl plain flour
1/2 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar

400 g apples, peeled and cut into wedges
2 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 dl desiccated coconut
1/2 dl plain flour

Work together the pastry ingredients and press the dough into a pie dish. Prick with a fork and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Arrange the apple wedges in the pie crust. Whisk together the SteviaSugar and eggs until fluffy. Mix the flour with the coconut and fold into the egg mixture. Pour the batter over the apples. Bake in the centre of the oven at 175 °C for about. 25 minutes. Serve with a spoonful of low-fat crème fraîche flavoured with vanilla sugar.
