750 g apples

3 dl Dansukker SteviaSugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 dl Provena Flour mix with oats
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
3 dl desiccated coconut
150 g low-fat margarine
3 eggs
1 dl low-fat yoghurt

For the tin
Desiccated coconut

2 dl low-fat crème fraîche
1 dl fromage frais
2 tbsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

Grease a round cake tin and sprinkle desiccated coconut inside it. Peel, halve and core the apples. Cut the apple halves into thin wedges and arrange them on top of the dough. Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add the margarine, eggs and yoghurt and stir to make a smooth paste. Spread over the apples. Bake at the centre of the oven at 175 °C for approx. 30 minutes.

Mix together the ingredients for the sauce. Serve the cake lukewarm accompanied by the sauce.
