Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp crushed cinnamon
70 g (50 ml) Dansukker Light Syrup
150 ml crème fraiche
50 g chopped walnuts
Instructions
Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut into wedges. Melt the butter, cinnamon and syrup in a pan and fry the apple wedges until tender. Distribute the apples onto plates. Place a blob of crème fraiche on top, then drizzle on a little syrup and sprinkle on the chopped walnuts. Serve the Yankee apples immediately.
