Summer meringues and cream

Ingredients

15-20 meringues
1/2-1 litre vanilla ice cream
200 ml whipping cream
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
250 g (1/2 litre) raspberries
250 g (1/2 litre) blueberries

Sauce
250 g (1/2 litre) strawberries
30 g Dansukker Icing Sugar
2 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

Instructions

Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks and flavour with the vanilla sugar. Rinse and pick over the berries. Liquidise or mash the strawberries with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar. Layer the meringues with the ice cream, whipped cream and berries. Serve the sauce on the side or pour it over the dessert. Serve immediately.
