Ingredients
200 ml Martini Rosso
200 ml concentrated apple juice
Decoration
crème fraîche
mint or lemon balm
Instructions
Bring juice and unrefined sugar to the boil. Allow to cool. Mix martini and juice together. Store in the freezer. Stir the mixture a few times during the freezing process. Spoon the mixture into a glass. Serve the martini dessert with a dollop of crème fraîche. Decorate with a sprig of mint or lemon balm.
