Fructose

Fructose occurs naturally in fruits, berries, vegetables and honey. Dansukker Fructose is extracted from sugar beets.

Fructose gives a fresh, delicious taste and emphasises the taste of other ingredients such as fruit, berries, chocolate and vegetables.

Fructose can be used to advantage in cold desserts and on breakfast cereals and fruit. The sugar is also perfect in cold fruit soups and drinks because it dissolves quickly and easily.
