Using Dansukker Jam Sugar or Dansukker Jelly Sugar Multi you can make jams, jellies and marmalades quickly and easily.


Jam Sugar

Jam Sugar

With Jam Sugar, you can make your own jam or marmalade in minutes. A 1 kg pack contains everything you need for successful jam-making: sugar, apple pectin, citric acid and sodium benzoate. All you need to add is berries and a little water. You can use either fresh or frozen berries.

Organic Jam Sugar

Organic Jam Sugar

Organic Jam Sugar is just as easy to use as ordinary Jam Sugar. One litre of fruit or berries and one packet of Organic Jam sugar; the product is not suitable for low-sugar jams. Home-made jam in just a few minutes – easy, quick and trouble-free!

Does not contain preservative. Make sure that you use undamaged berries, remove the foam carefully and use warm, clean jars. Store the jam in the refrigerator.

Available in 500 g packets.


Jam Sugar 1+3

Jam Sugar 1+3

Now there is an alternative for those of you who want jams and marmalades with less sugar. Jam Sugar 1+3 acts in the same way as ordinary Jam Sugar and gives good consistency and shelf life.

Use one packet (330 g) of Jam Sugar 1+3 for 1 kg of berries. Allow to boil for two minutes and the jam is ready! Simple, quick and easy with reliable results.

As well as sugar, the product contains:
Pectin, a natural gelling agent obtained from citrus fruits that is used to give jam the right consistency.
Potassium sorbate, a preservative occurring naturally in rowanberries that gives the jam shelf life.


Jelly Sugar Multi

Jelly Sugar Multi

Jelly Sugar Multi contains a vegetable gelling agent, and can be used in place of gelatine for all manner of desserts. Jelly Sugar Multi gives a good consistency with water, fruit juices and dairy products – simple and convenient to use! It’s ideal for delicious summer fruit tarts with jelly, or to make a jelly sauce to go with your Sunday roast. It’s quick and easy: mix 2 dl raw juice with 1 dl Jelly Sugar Multi, and boil for 30 seconds. Pour into glass jars and seal. And that’s it! Store in the fridge, as Jelly Sugar Multi contains no preservatives.

Granulated Sugar

Granulated Sugar

White Granulated Sugar is the product that sells the most. Granulated Sugar can be used for almost all sweetening purposes.

Fructose

Fructose

Fructose occurs naturally in fruits, berries, vegetables and honey. Dansukker Fructose is extracted from sugar beets.

Fructose gives a fresh, delicious taste and emphasises the taste of other ingredients such as fruit, berries, chocolate and vegetables.

Fructose can be used to advantage in cold desserts and on breakfast cereals and fruit. The sugar is also perfect in cold fruit soups and drinks because it dissolves quickly and easily.

Cane Sugar

Cane Sugar

Cane Sugar works just like granulated sugar, but gives a richer colour and more intense flavour to jam or marmalade. Cane Sugar is a demerara sugar made from sugar cane.
